History

In October 2004  Set up Guangzhou Xinheng Furniture Decoration Material Co. Ltd.( predecessor of SHUOHE), engaged in furniture hardware trade.

In September 2005    Join in the Guangzhou Furniture Association.

In May 2006   Established   Xinheng Industrial (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd., engaged in furniture hardware international trade.

In October 2008 Set up Foshan Shuohe Mental Products Co.Ltd., engaged in the furniture hardware manufacturing, integrating industry and trade.

In March 2010   From the original 900 square factory moved to a new factory of 6000 square meters, annual output of around 6 million furniture feet.

In November 2010   Registered trademark, constructed construction.

In March 2011   The first time take part in Guangzhou International Woodworking Machinery And Furniture Accessories Exhibition (CIFF, 2011).

In November 2012    Italian RF company dispatch engineers to Shuohe to technology flow, and  SHUOHE arranged study and inspection tour to Italy RF Company.

In August 2013   Hire a professional consulting company for upgrade management, routing and standardized management.

In April 2015    SHUOHE and Italy formed RS Metal Design Co., Ltd., to improve the design ability, a combination of Chinese and Western elements.

In July 2015   Creat a new production base Foshan RUISHI Metal Products Co., Ltd., furniture leg annual output of about 10 million.

In September 2015   Add 4000 w high power laser cutting machine, the power equipment upgrades.

In June 2016   The first original product appearance design patent ZL2016 3 0229753. X, open the construction of intellectual property rights.

In October 2016   Shuohe start to recognize business model to Regional Agents.  Authorize the regional agent such as Italy, Germany, Lithuania sole agent.

In March 2017   Take part in the 2017 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia furniture exhibition (MIFF 2017).

In May 2017    Take part in the 2017 Germany exhibition of furniture fittings (INTERZUM 2017).
